If you know anything about Rock Bay Avenue, you know that it's one of Victoria's most infamous neighbourhoods. Without getting into too much details about what kind of people and things you will find in the Rock Bay area, consider that the acronym "bae" means "before anyone else". Usually, one uses "bae" in the context of somebody who they care deeply. It's ironic, because there isn't a heck of a lot of "care" in the Rock Bay area, if you know what I mean.
